As a Certified NBPA contract advisor, licensed sports and entertainment agent, real estate agent, author, and business owner, she is deeply committed to empowering others with knowledge that transforms lives. Diane is the visionary and host of “Diary of a Female Sports Agent” and native of Washington, D.C., Diane has built a career focused on empowering athletes, creatives, and communities through representation, education, and ownership. Her mission is to educate clients and communities in ways that create lasting impact, especially in the areas of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Diane actively teaches essential financial and insurance concepts to middle and high school students, families, and aspiring business owners. She is the author of “Be Intentional with Your Money”, “Be Intentional with Your Life Journal”, and “NIL Your Playbook for Building and Profiting from Your Brand”, all of which reflect her commitment to intentional living and financial wellness.

Her passion for advocacy extends far beyond the classroom. Diane is a vocal champion for economic development and community engagement, especially among rising talent, athletes, and entrepreneurs. Through her consulting work, she supports the growth of emerging businesses across various industries. She is also the founder of the Ford Fitts Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and strengthening families within the community.

Since launching her real estate career in 2006, Diane has remained steadfast in her mission to educate both first-time and seasoned buyers on the transformative power of real estate ownership and investing. For her, real estate is not just about transactions, it’s a tool for generational wealth and community revitalization.

Diane’s academic journey includes associate degrees in Psychology, Hospitality Management, and General Studies from Prince George’s Community College. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her MBA from Johnson & Wales University.

Outside of her professional work, Diane cherishes time with her family, finds joy in traveling the world, comedy shows, live music, and enjoys basketball among other sports. Her life and career are anchored in purpose, impact, and the belief that with the right guidance, everyone can be successful.
